Changes made to raise/lower land. You cannot raise and lower land close to other players buildings.

House production of populants flipped. Smaller houses now take longer to produce with weaker populants, larger houses produce stronger populants quicker. A.I of CPU improved to include attack mode. Reduced wait / hang at end of game when completing islands.

New maps added. Various tweaks made to engine and improved memory management. Armageddon coded improved and added to ready for full release.
